Tuatahi First Fibre is currently undertaking a significant network upgrade programme across parts of the Taranaki region. As part of this work, fibre broadband consumers in Stratford and Waitara may experience intermittent performance issues during peak times. We recognise that this may impact your fibre broadband experience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. This upgrade will significantly increase network capacity in the region, helping to improve overall fibre broadband performance. We expect it to be completed by late July 2026. If you are outside of Stratford and Waitara and experiencing service performance issues, please contact your Internet Service Provider directly so a fault can be logged and investigated. We appreciate your patience while this important upgrade work is completed.
