Status: Monitoring Tesco has advised that its supplier reporting toolkit (Tesco Partner Toolkit) will be temporarily unavailable from Thursday, 11 June to Wednesday, 17 June 2026. SKUtrak receives Tesco data via this toolkit, so during this period, new Tesco data will not come through. You may notice that Tesco sales, stock, and related metrics do not update, resulting in a gap across these dates. This is a Tesco-side outage affecting all suppliers, not an issue with SKUtrak. We expect collection to resume automatically once Tesco restores the service after 17 June, and we'll work to backfill the affected dates as soon as the data is available. If you need Tesco figures for this period sooner, they can be downloaded directly from the Tesco Partners toolkit before 5pm on Wednesday, 10 June. We'll update this notice as we hear more.

Status: Identified We are aware of data access issues with Asda's ADR reporting system - SKUtrak is unable to retrieve data from ADR at the present time. We have been requesting dialogue with Asda since the issue started earlier in the week. We are seeking feedback on the nature of the issue(s) and are escalating across multiple teams there to find an effective and expedient solution. Status: Identified Partial Service Restoration We are working directly with Asda to resolve the ADR reporting interruption and have successfully eliminated the technical hurdles. • Progress: Asda has now reinstated ADR access for a small number of Supplier Portal accounts. Those restored have been notified, and their service is fully operational. • Next Steps: We continue to work with Asda to agree on the return of service for all remaining accounts. • Enhanced Reporting: We are resuming our planned upgrades and expect to introduce additional metrics for all users by the end of March. Status: Monitoring Tesco Partner Toolkit has since restated the figures for these three days to lower values. Our investigation has found that both the original and restated values have been included in SKUtrak for the affected dates, resulting in figures that are approximately double what they should be. As store sales data is used in the calculation of other metrics — including availability and days of stock — these may also be impacted for the three days in question. We have triggered a refresh for 29, 30, and 31 May to remove the duplicate data and restore the corrected figures. We will provide a further update once the refresh has completed.
