    Status: Identified We are aware of data access issues with Asda's ADR reporting system - SKUtrak is unable to retrieve data from ADR at the present time. We have been requesting dialogue with Asda since the issue started earlier in the week. We are seeking feedback on the nature of the issue(s) and are escalating across multiple teams there to find an effective and expedient solution.     Status: Identified Partial Service Restoration We are working directly with Asda to resolve the ADR reporting interruption and have successfully eliminated the technical hurdles. • Progress: Asda has now reinstated ADR access for a small number of Supplier Portal accounts. Those restored have been notified, and their service is fully operational. • Next Steps: We continue to work with Asda to agree on the return of service for all remaining accounts. • Enhanced Reporting: We are resuming our planned upgrades and expect to introduce additional metrics for all users by the end of March. We have already provided them with the list of affected accounts and are working to expedite these reconnections while a stable and long-term solution is developed in parallel that supports the SKUtrak community.
