We have been advised by Co-op that the sales files for a number of their stores were not received for yesterday’s trading day (21 October). As a result, today’s Co-op data may show lower-than-usual volumes for that day. What this means for you: sales, availability and stock figures for 21 October may read lower than expected across the affected Co-op stores, and any metrics calculated from them may be understated until the data is complete. What is happening: Co-op is investigating with their teams to understand why these files were not received. The affected data will be corrected once the outstanding store files are provided.
