We have been advised by Co-op that a number of their store sales files were not received overnight. As a result, the most recent day’s Co-op data (25 October) is showing lower than usual on SKUtrak. Co-op are investigating the cause and assessing recovery, and expect to regenerate the missing files. We will bring the corrected data onto the platform once it has been received. What this means for you: Co-op figures for 25 October are currently understated, and any metrics calculated from them (for example sales, availability and week-on-week comparisons) may be affected until the data is complete. We will post further updates here as we hear more from Co-op.
