    An issue in the Sense Messaging UI that is causing the webpage and extension to intermittently attempt a reconnect has been identified by our team and a fix is actively being worked on. At this time some users may experience messaging history not loading all data or messages not sending through Sense. We will continue to provide updates as our team deploys this fix, or if we see any other changes.

    Our team has put a fix in place that has corrected this issue, and we are seeing stability across the platform once more. We are currently monitoring all activity to ensure we do not see this issue recur, and will provide an update after seeing continuous stability.
