There is an ongoing AWS Outage on the eastern region that maybe causing delays and deliverability issues within Sense. While no Sense product is directly impacted by this outage, our third party messaging carriers are seeing issues on their end. We are seeing a majority messages going through and appears to be in partial recovery at this time, but some failures are still being reported. Our team is reviewing the status on our end and will provide updates as we receive more information.

Our downstream carrier is still experiencing intermittent failures and delays with SMS deliverability due to the ongoing AWS outage. We are pending more information from their team as they continue to work to remedy all outstanding issues with message being sent or received within Sense. We are continuing to see intermittent failures or delays for SMS deliverability due to the ongoing AWS outage, however are seeing more positive results as the service is being restored. We are continuing to work with our affected carriers for further updates and will continue to provide them as they are received.

We have received confirmation that majority of services has been restored, and we're seeing overall successful inbound and outbound SMS traffic within Sense. Any delayed messages should be caught up, and any that received a failure error will need to be resent as needed.
