    We have received reports of delays when Sending or Receiving messages in Sense for intermittent users. Our team is actively investigating this issue and we will provide updates as they are received.

    We have identified the issue causing delays in messaging as well as queueing broadcasts for some users. We are actively working on a fix and will provide updates as we receive them.

    We have deployed a fix and are seeing performance improve for users. We are monitoring to ensure we continue to see this improvement for all users.

    After monitoring we are seeing stability for all affected users, and messages being sent and received as expected. All queued broadcasts should update in the UI as sent as well.
