    We are currently seeing an increase in Error Rates in Chatbot conversations, causing conversations to not send out or complete as expected. Our team is working on identifying the root cause as soon as possible to deploy a fix, as well as determine the full scope of impact for customers.

    Our team has been able to identify the issue, and has made an upgrade to the database to resolve these errors that were intermittently affecting Chatbots. From our tests we are seeing stability on the database once more, and will continue to monitor to ensure we do not see these errors increase once more.
