SendGrid Outage History

Starting around 5:48AM PST on 11/20/2025, our engineers began investigating minimal, intermittent delays in API mail sending. Engineering is engaged and has redistributed traffic. Customers may see a brief ~50 ms increase in latency. The team is actively troubleshooting to ensure the delays do not persist. Users may experience an error with loading the legacy transactional templates within the Email API section of the account. This does not impact mail send. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue that is currently affecting some components of the SendGrid dashboard. Mail send is not affected.

Users may not be able to create or edit webhooks via the SendGrid console, but the API can be used as a workaround at this time. This does not impact mail send. We’re currently investigating issues affecting customer logins to the SendGrid Console. Some customers may also experience errors when sending emails via the API. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we’ll provide another update within 15 minutes or as soon as new information becomes available.
