Starting around 10:00 AM PST on January 22nd, our engineers began investigating an issue with users not able to send or receive email through Microsoft 365. Some customers may experience elevated deferrals with Microsoft 365. Please reference Microsoft's Status Page here: https://status.cloud.microsoft/m365. We will provide another update in two hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with Microsoft 365 has been resolved. Users can now send or receive emails as normal at this time.
