Around 2026-09-29 17:00 UTC, some Saleloft customers began reporting that call activities were not syncing to Salesforce. Our investigation found that a large volume of traffic had slowed job processing, which delayed the sync of call activities to Salesforce. The backlog was fully processed at approximately 22:30 UTC, and call activity sync returned to normal latency performance. We are implementing changes and monitoring to prevent a similar backlog from occurring in the future.
Some customers may not seeing their data as conversations, playbooks once logged in the Drift platform. Our engineering team is actively investigating.

We are aware of an ongoing outage with Salesforce that is affecting data syncing between Salesloft and Salesforce for some customers. This may cause delays or failures when syncing activities, tasks, and opportunity data, impacting Sales Engagement and Forecast/Inspect/Analyze. Support ticket responses may also be delayed while we await resolution from Salesforce. Salesforce has confirmed that the underlying outage is resolved and reports that instance stability and performance are back to expected levels. Salesforce sync and related functionality across Sales Engagement and Forecast/Inspect/Analyze have returned to normal. We will continue to monitor.
