Feb 24, 16:58 EST Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Feb 23, 16:34 EST Update - As a result of the maintenance, we observed platform slowness earlier in the day, which has been mitigated. We will leave this maintenance in verifying status for another 24 hours to rule out any other open issues. Feb 21, 19:51 EST Update - All known issues have been remediated. We will continue to monitor the platform for any issues. If you have any questions, please reach out to support via the support portal. We will resolve the event at the end of day Monday (Eastern) if no further issues are detected. Feb 21, 18:52 EST Update - The previous issues with Conversations and Application Logos have been remediated. There is an issue with real time gmail reply tracking, however hourly batch gmail reply tracking is functioning correctly. We are working to resolve this remaining item as quickly as possible. Feb 21, 14:19 EST Verifying - While the scheduled maintenance is finished, our engineering team is currently investigating two specific issues: Upcoming Tab: We are aware that some Conversations are not appearing in the "Upcoming" tab as expected. Application Logos: Newly created applications may not display their logo during the authorization process. We are working to resolve these remaining items as quickly as possible. Please reach out to support with any questions. Additionally, users will need to re-login to the platform. Feb 21, 08:00 EST In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. Feb 9, 15:42 EST Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, February 21st, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST. During this maintenance window, the Salesloft platform, Salesloft Connect extensions (Chrome and Outlook), and Salesloft Mobile (iOS & Android) will be unavailable. Background processes, including email sending, engagement tracking, and CRM syncing, will be temporarily paused. Additionally, the support portal will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Please use [email protected] to report any issues. All automated activities will resume immediately following the completion of the maintenance. Users will need to log back in to the platform after the maintenance is completed.
