We are currently experiencing issues with sound and video recording, we are currently investiging the this issue.

We have contacted our third-party video service provider that we have identified to be the source of the issue and are waiting for their response and investigation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that we are treating this as a priority, and we are doing everything we can to restore the service as quickly as possible.

We are aware of an issue that effects the course administration pages. When opening Admin > Courses the user may see an error. We are investigating the issue. We are running updates to minimize the issue while we work on a permanent fix.

Some users are experiencing that PDF files are not displaying correctly when opened from within itslearning. This issue is most commonly encountered when opening a PDF on a mobile device. It can in some cases also occur on PC and Mac. We are investigating the issue and working on a fix. As a workaround the user can download the PDF file and open it locally on the device (instead of using the PDF viewer in itslearning). If the user is experiencing the issue on a mobile device, another workaround may be to open the PDF on a PC or Mac.

Some users are getting an error when linking files from Google and OneDrive, and students may get an error when trying to open files linked from Google and OneDrive. We are investigating the issue.

Some users may see an error when trying to open a survey. We are aware of the issue and are investigating.

We are aware of an issue that causes the edit field for Announcements to not show in some courses. This applies to courses where announcements of the type "add in multiple courses" have been made. Teachers may not see existing announcements in these courses. Students are able to read announcements as normal.

We are aware of users not being able to open office documents in the integrated Office for the web. We are investigating the issue.
