Is itslearning down?

We are aware of the recently disclosed critical security vulnerabilities affecting PHP. The itslearning LMS platform does not use PHP and is therefore not directly affected. However, we are reviewing our integration ecosystem for any potential exposure, including external systems that interact with itslearning. We recommend that customers also review and update any PHP-based components within their own environments.

We have completed our review of the itslearning integration ecosystem in response to the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities and are in contact with affected parties regarding integrations with systems outside the itslearning platform. We are aware that some customers may experience delays when sending and receiving emails to and from Microsoft recipients. This is due to a delivery issue on Microsoft's end, specifically Exchange Online Protection throttling and server busy errors. This is not an issue on our platform. This issue affects the receipt of authentication codes, among other things. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting background processing in itslearning for customers in Germany. Some actions may be delayed, or may remain in "processing" state longer than normal. Based on the current processing rate, we are expecting that tasks in the queue should be completed by the end of today.

We have continued to monitor the reported delays affecting certain background tasks. Processing times have returned to expected levels for this time of year, and most jobs are completing normally. Permanent deletions are expected to take longer to process than other job types.

On July 21 a bug was introduced that caused copying of tests to not work correctly. On July 30 a fix was released to resolve the issue. Any test copied between July 21 and July 30 may be affected by the bug. When opening a test that was copied in this period, the user may see an error.
