    Dear Iristel Customers, Our Platform Team has identified that the temperature in the equipment room where our device is located is currently very high. It appears that the air conditioning unit may be turned off or not functioning properly. The site admin is currently working to restore proper cooling in the room.     Dear Iristel Customers, We are closing this incident. Root cause - The problem was caused by the third party's CPUs getting stuck in a part of the C20 system that handles SS7 signals, which was preventing traffic from going through. The issue was fixed with the help of their vendor support and their CO team. Issue resolved at 12/31 11:36am EDT. Please let us know if you continue to face issues in the region.

    Dear Iristel Customers, A thorough investigation was completed by our field operations team. They have determined that a device replacement is needed to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, due to the remote location of this site, we will have a longer than average resolution and deployment time.
