Dear Iristel Customers, Unfortunately, we have a device failure in our Huntsville, Ontario data center. The failed device was responsible for completing TDM based PSTN calls in the region. A replacement device is being prepared at the moment with an estimated replacement target of late morning tomorrow. We will keep this space updated as more information is made available to us. Dear Iristel Customers, We are closing this incident. Root cause - the issue was initially caused by a power outage in our data center. Once power was restored, we realized our media gateway was unresponsive. The issue was cleared by replacing this media gateway. Please let us know if you continue to face issues in the region.
