    Dear Iristel Customers, We are experiencing an intermittent PSTN connectivity issue in our Richmond Hill, Ontario data-center. Some calls in the following regions will have intermittent reachability failures. All other regions and systems are active and have normal operations. Richmond Hill, Ontario Unionville, Ontario Thornhill, Ontario Markham, Ontario Newmarket, Ontario Our Platform team is investigating this issue further.     Dear Iristel Customers, Our Platform Team has identified that the temperature in the equipment room where our device is located is currently very high. It appears that the air conditioning unit may be turned off or not functioning properly. The site admin is currently working to restore proper cooling in the room.     Dear Iristel Customers, The incident has been restored by cooling down the the Telco room and cleaning of air filters to aide airflow.
