SmartOrder is currently experiencing a performance issue affecting order submissions to Patterson. At this time, Patterson orders submitted through SmartOrder within Cornerstone may fail to complete successfully. Practices are encouraged to place orders directly through the Patterson website or by contacting their Patterson sales representative while we investigate the issue. Our teams are actively investigating and will share updates as more information becomes available.

For some third party Integrated Practice Management Software including Merlin and VetID, you may experience increased error rates and/or high latency when submitting an IDEXX In House Diagnostic (IHD) Order and an IDEXX Reference Lab Diagnostic Order within your Integrated Practice Management Software. Our team is investigating the issue. As always, IDEXX appreciates both your business and your patience. We apologize for the current interruption in the ability to order IDEXX In House Diagnostics and an IDEXX Reference Lab Diagnostics for any inconvenience this may cause.
