Some inVue Dx blood test runs may stay in “Processing” longer than expected due to a system issue, which may delay results. Our team is actively working on a resolution. Please keep “Processing” runs in place unless you no longer need the results. Canceling a run will prevent it from completing, and most runs should resume processing automatically once the system is fully restored. We truly appreciate your patience and your partnership with IDEXX. We apologize for the interruption in blood morphology result availability and for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide an update no later than 11:30 am ET on Wednesday, October 14th).
