    We're looking into a few issues that are currently impacting performance around several areas of Help Scout.     Just sharing another quick update, we're still monitoring this outage at Google. For now, some incoming emails may not be forwarded to Help Scout from from Gmail and Google Groups. We'll continue to post updates here until the issue has been resolved.

    Our team has identified an issue with the Closed Folder. Recently Closed Conversations are not being added to the Folder, starting around 8am ET. This does not impact delivery - emails are still being sent without issue. We'll post again once we have an update on this.

    It looks like Outlook is down right now, so you may see issues with emails from Outlook being forwarded into Help Scout, and if using Microsoft's servers for outgoing mail (using custom SMTP) you may encounter issues with delivery. We are monitoring this, and will post an update once everything's back to normal.

    Microsoft are still reporting degraded service for Outlook, which continues to impact both incoming mail forwarded from Outlook account, as well as outgoing mail being delivered through Outlook's servers. We are continuing to monitor the issue, and will post again once it has been resolved by Microsoft.
