Our engineering teams have implemented multiple improvements to address the issue and restore service reliability. Currently, Gong is successfully recording the vast majority of Google Meet meetings. Even though multiple meetings may still be affected, we are closely monitoring performance and continuing to deploy enhancements to further improve reliability and return the service to full operational capacity.
