The issue appears to be affecting multiple banks, with the majority of reported cases currently involving Nationwide Bank, as well as HSBC, NatWest, Barclays, and others. Status: Investigating We have identified an issue affecting direct debit mandates for customers holding accounts with Société Générale and Boursorama/BoursoBank whereby collections for impacted payers have failed and the mandates cancelled.
