Formstack Outage History

We are currently investigating an issue where the Formstack Sign API may not reflect updated document statuses after the signing process is completed. Signing workflows are completing successfully, but some integrations may not receive the correct status updates. Our team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue.

We are currently investigating reports of errors affecting some Streamline projects. Impacted users may see a “Something went wrong” message while progressing through affected workflows. Our engineering teams have identified a likely frontend issue introduced in a recent deployment and are actively working to confirm root cause and prepare remediation. We will provide another update as soon as more information is available.

We are investigating an issue affecting workflow sessions in Streamline (us.streamline.intellistack.app), where users may be unable to run sessions in production. Workaround: As a temporary solution, replace intellistack.app with formstack.app in Session URLs.

We are currently investigating an issue where some Workflows Pro customers are unable to access their Workspace. At this time, all other functionality outside of the Workspace remains operational. We are currently investigating reports of incorrect document output in Formstack Sign for workflows configured to return documents separately. Affected users may experience documents being combined, incorrectly split, out of order, or missing from the final output. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting a subset of custom notification and confirmation emails, where field IDs may appear in place of submitted data. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
