A fix has been deployed and deliveries should be back up and running. We will monitor the results for some time and report back.

Incident resolved. Documents deliveries to Formstack Sign were failing from approximately 11:15 pm Eastern time, and successful deliveries were restored at approximately 1:35 am Eastern time. Many deliveries will auto-retry. However, customers should review their deliveries in the Formstack Documents interface to ensure no action is required.
