Is Formstack down?

We have identified an issue affecting Workflows that use repeating sections configured to be hidden. In some cases, these sections are displaying an error and are not hiding as expected. Our Engineering team has identified the issue and is working on a resolution.

Salesforce is currently experiencing a service disruption impacting multiple regions. This may result in delays, intermittent errors, failed submissions, or difficulty accessing Salesforce-connected services. Salesforce has deployed a fix and services are recovering region by region. We are actively monitoring the recovery and assessing any impact to Intellistack customers. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Salesforce has resolved the service disruption, and affected services have returned to normal operation. We have reviewed the impact of the outage across our Salesforce-connected products. Recovery requirements vary by product: Forms: Customers with failed Salesforce integrations will have received a failed integration notification. Affected submissions can be selected and the integration re-run from within Forms. Forms for Salesforce Classic: We will broadly resubmit failed submissions impacted by the outage. No customer action is required at this time. Forms for Salesforce Native: Because affected Salesforce orgs were unavailable, forms could not be served during the disruption. There are no submissions to recover; any forms that were not completed will need to be submitted again. Documents for Salesforce: Merge requests could not be initiated while affected Salesforce orgs were unavailable. Any required merges will need to be triggered again. Formstack Documents — Salesforce Deliveries: Depending on the configuration, failed merges or deliveries may need to be re-triggered. Please contact Support if assistance is needed. We've identified an issue affecting confirmation emails sent through Formstack Forms. The Confirmation emails from forms are currently delayed or not being delivered, including test emails sent from the settings screen. Notification emails remain unaffected.

We are currently investigating an issue where some customers may receive unexpected account deactivation notifications related to bounced confirmation emails. Our team is actively working to identify the cause. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

The issue affecting confirmation email delivery to Microsoft-hosted email addresses has been resolved. Confirmation emails should now be delivered as expected moving forward. We will continue to monitor for any additional issues.
