Future: At approximately 9:30 pm Eastern Time on Monday September 28th, Formstack Sign will undergo a migration to ensure faster and more reliable user authentication. There is no risk to documents in flight, and no risk of account data loss. There could be a small interruption to user sessions during the migration, which is expected to take nearly one hour.

This migration work has begun and is progressing smoothly.

The Sign migration is nearly complete and we are in the testing phase. Users of Sign should see normal operation. All documents in flight continued to get signatures throughout the migration. There was a short period of time where users would not have been able to log into Formstack Sign from about 12:15 to 12:30am Tuesday morning 9/29.
