    An ongoing issue with one of our acquiring banks is causing some transactions to fail with the error “GENERAL_PAYMENT_PROCESSING_ERROR”,”code”:”14002”,”description”:”Transaction failed because of payment processing failure”. An active investigation is currently under way by the acquiring bank. We are actively monitoring the situation.

    We are currently experiencing an issue impacting connectivity to the AMEX Sandbox environment following AMEX maintenance performed at 8:00 PM PST. As a result, AMEX Sandbox traffic is temporarily unavailable. Our team is actively working with AMEX to rectify the issue.     We are currently experiencing latency and loading issues on our Developer Documentation and Help & Support sites: https://support.bluesnap.com/ https://developers.bluesnap.com/ This is due to a system-wide issue affecting our website platform provider and is not specific to BlueSnap’s services. We are working with the service provider to restore normal access as soon as possible. This issue does not affect any other BlueSnap services. We will send an update as soon as it is resolved.
