    We are investigating the cause for the disconnections and the trouble with making a booking for Multivers connections.

    The issue has been resolved, bookings should be possible again and connection new administrations as well. If you get the message of being disconnected please reconnect your synchronization user and if you have a booking role please check the connection for you own role as well.     The problem has been identified and has been resolved. The issue was a faulty import server in the tagservice causing problems . Which in turn showed as slowness for the document being tagged or if a request was denied a 500 error message for the user.

    We are receiving reports that Basecone does not load after login. We've already seen that in most cases, clearing the browser cache and cookies solves this issue. We are currently investigating the root cause.

    We have identified the root cause of this issue: A recent update caused authentication issues with cached data on the user's browser. The only solution is to close Basecone, clear all cache and cookies and then to open the app again. We will continue to monitor the situation and help users with this process.

    Currently there are problems with the Twinfield connection to Basecone. You may experience synchronization of data not working properly or have trouble booking. Twinfield is looking into it. You can still upload, tag and book for other accounting systems.

    Currently you can experience some issues with logging in or navigating in Basecone getting a whitescreen instead of the workload-matrix. We are investigating this issue and are working on a fix. As a workaround you can try and refresh your browsers cache and cookies and then try to login again, this should load the workload-matrix

    We are getting reports that newly tagged documents are not being recognized. Received documents are still saved by the system. We are now investigating this issue.

    Currently you might see some slowness using Basecone or may have issues saving and posting a document. For the last part you can try and make the booking from an incognito browser window this seems to mitigate the problem of not being able to save the booking and posting it afterwards. Our developers are looking in to it.

    In the posting screen we face an issue where error messages are not presented. You could receive the notification [Boeking succesvol opgeslagen]. Meanwhile it could be that the document is not booked due to missing/incorrect fields. Please revisit the filled out fields to successfully post the document.
