    We are receiving reports that Basecone does not load after login. We've already seen that in most cases, clearing the browser cache and cookies solves this issue. We are currently investigating the root cause.

    We have identified the root cause of this issue: A recent update caused authentication issues with cached data on the user's browser. The only solution is to close Basecone, clear all cache and cookies and then to open the app again. We will continue to monitor the situation and help users with this process.

    Currently there are problems with the Twinfield connection to Basecone. You may experience synchronization of data not working properly or have trouble booking. Twinfield is looking into it. You can still upload, tag and book for other accounting systems.

    The fix has been rolled out and synchronization with Twinfield should resume normally. Afterwards you are able to book again. If you do receive an error please wait until the administration is synchronized again.

    Currently you can experience some issues with logging in or navigating in Basecone getting a whitescreen instead of the workload-matrix. We are investigating this issue and are working on a fix. As a workaround you can try and refresh your browsers cache and cookies and then try to login again, this should load the workload-matrix

    The issue has been identified and resolved; you should no longer experience a white screen after trying to login in Basecone again. If you are still experiencing a white screen or an redirect to your user setting please delete the cookie of your browser after which it should work again.

    We are getting reports that newly tagged documents are not being recognized. Received documents are still saved by the system. We are now investigating this issue.

    We have received multiple reports of posting rules not showing up in Exact administrations. Documents are currently not loaded with these posting rules, but can be posted manually. We are currently investigating this issue.

    We are investigating the issue and looking for a fix. We are advising to manually book the documents and check the booking proposal before booking to Multivers / Boekhoudgemak when processing documents.
