We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Elements Security Center and Broad Context Detections. Customers may encounter an error when attempting to change the status of a Broad Context Detection under: Events → Broad Context Detections The following error message may be displayed: Failed to update Broad Context Detection! Example: Broad Context Detection Details, TX-ID: 0000-xxxxxxxxxxx Failed to update Broad Context Detection! Our teams are actively investigating the issue and working to identify the root cause. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

At this time, the issue does not appear to affect all status update attempts consistently. Our investigation indicates that the issue is related to periods of increased system load and appears to occur more frequently during certain peak usage hours. Our teams remain actively engaged in the investigation, and we will share further updates as soon as we have more information to provide.
