We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting one of our Danish mobile provisioning services. As a result, customers may encounter issues when activating or making changes to Danish mobile subscriptions. Our incident response team is actively collaborating with our Danish mobile network vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our Danish mobile network vendor is actively working toward a resolution. At this time, no estimated time to resolution (ETR) is available. We remain in close contact with the vendor and will continue to share updates as soon as new information becomes available.

We are receiving reports that service is beginning to stabilize for users. However, our vendor has not yet confirmed a final resolution. Work continues on their end and you may still experience intermittent connectivity or performance issues. We will provide a update once the vendor confirms the service is fully restored.
