   The root cause of the ongoing provisioning issue has been identified by our Finnish mobile network vendor. They are actively working with their upstream provider to implement a resolution. We will continue to share updates as progress is made. August 19, 2026 10:44 CEST

    Our upstream vendor has deployed a fix to resolve the underlying issue affecting provisioning in Finland. Telavox have conducted end-to-end verification and confirmed that the provisioning workflow is now fully operational and functioning normally.
