We are currently investigating a disruption in our mobile provisioning services in Finland. This may impact activations of Simcards, and configuration or updates to mobile subscriptions. Our incident response team is actively investigating the issue together with our vendor and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our upstream vendor has deployed a fix to resolve the underlying issue affecting provisioning in Finland. Telavox have conducted end-to-end verification and confirmed that the provisioning workflow is now fully operational and functioning normally. Activating and making changes to SIM cards associated with our mobile subscriptions is now working normally again.
