- identified Oct 08, 2026, 02:00 PM UTC
Our mobile radio network operator have confirmed that the fault lies within their own networks and that they are working to resolve it. Telavox's own network and services are operating normally. We remain in direct contact with the operator and will post a further update as soon as they report progress or restored service. October 8, 2026 15:45 CEST

We have confirmed that our network is operating normally. Two of our external vendors have identified the issue is in their end. We are working directly with both vendors to restore services as quickly as possible.

Our radio mobile network operator reports that mobile services remain impacted, with disruption occurring intermittently and to varying degrees. The operator is working to resolve the issue with the highest priority. Important: The operator has confirmed that calls to emergency services may also fail intermittently during this incident. If a call to 112 does not connect, retry immediately or use a phone on a different mobile network. We remain in close dialogue with the operator and will post a further update as soon as we have more information to share. October 8, 2026 16:00 CEST

Our mobile network operator reports that SMS and mobile data services have been restored to normal operation. Voice calls remain affected and may still fail intermittently. The operator has observed an improvement but has not confirmed the fault as resolved. Calls to emergency services may therefore still be affected. The next update from our operator is expected at 21:00 CEST. A further update will be published once it has been received, or earlier should the situation change October 8, 2026 18:14 CEST

- resolved Oct 08, 2026, 06:16 PM UTC
Our mobile network operator has confirmed that the fault within their network has been resolved and that all services are now operating normally. Voice calls are connecting as expected, including calls to emergency services, so the earlier guidance to retry a 112 call no longer applies. SMS and mobile data remain fully operational following their restoration earlier in the incident. Our monitoring also confirms normal performance across our voice platform in Norway. Telavox will follow up with the operator to obtain a full incident report. This incident will now be closed. October 8, 2026 19:11 CEST
