   During the weekend of 10–11 October, some users were unexpectedly logged out of the Telavox softphone and mobile app. These users must now log in again. Some login attempts fail due to too many failed login attempts in a short time. When there are too many attempts, the account is temporarily blocked. What you can do: Make sure that you use your current password. If you do not remember your password, use the "Forgot password" link to reset it. If you still cannot log in, contact our support.
