We are aware of intermittent file upload issues affecting users in the Asia-Pacific region. Video uploads may appear stuck during the encoding phase. The issue has been identified with a third-party service provider and we are actively monitoring

Open Exchange Rates has reported partial service restoration following an upstream incident that caused missing currency data. Some currencies may still be unavailable, which may impact Buy Now, Pay Later providers. We are monitoring the situation as the vendor works toward full resolution.

As a result we found a small number of buyers from the impacted countries were unable to load the checkout page. Specifically, we found Krone (SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK) based currencies were primarily impacted. As Open Exchange Rates continues to resolve the issue we fully expected our systems to perform as expected.
