End users may not receive requested SMS for actions such as logging into web banking and validating sensitive actions. We will continue to update as the incident develops. May 7, 14:34:29 GMT+0 - Monitoring - The provider is continuing to work on fully restoring service. Once service is fully recovered, queued messages from earlier today will be delivered to end users.
