    From 9h35, we are experiencing an issue with SMS delivery due to an outage at an upstream provider. End users may not receive requested SMS for actions such as logging into web banking and validating sensitive actions. We will continue to update as the incident develops.

    We have routed SMS traffic to an alternate provider. We are continuing to monitor the situation at our primary provider and will provide an update when the incident is resolved.

    The provider is continuing to work on fully restoring service. Once service is fully recovered, queued messages from earlier today will be delivered to end users.
