   Status: Identified We have identified that Co-op has delivered partial stock and inbound data for the 17th and 18th of January. We have contacted them to resolve the issue and will receive a notification once the data has been produced. We'll let you know once processing has started.    Status: Identified We have received no update from Co-op regarding the missing data so have reached out to them again and will update you once we receive more information Affected components Co-op (Partial outage)

   Status: Monitoring Co-op has now provided the data for the 17th and 18th, and we are currently in the process of updating and validating it within SKUtrak. We will provide a further update once processing has been completed. Affected components Co-op (Operational)

   Status: Monitoring Upon review of the data resubmitted by Co-op, they have provided us with the 16th & 17th. We have since requested that they resubmit data for the 18th Affected components Co-op (Degraded performance)

   Status: Identified We have processed the files provided by Co-op for 19/01/2026; however, we have identified missing store stock and store inbound for 17/01/2026 - we are investigating the cause and will provide an update as the incident develops Affected components Co-op (Degraded performance)

   Status: Monitoring We have received files containing Store Inbound data for 17/01/02026; however, Store Stock has not yet been generated. Further to this, we have identified missing Store Inbound data for the 16/01/2026 & 03/02/2026 and have contacted Co-op to investigate and resolve.    Status: Resolved Co-op has restated Store Stock data for 17/01/02026 and Store Inbound data for the 16/01/2026 & 03/02/2026, which have been processed and applied to your SKUtrak service. Affected components Co-op (Operational)
