We're currently investigating report of Shadow PC starting without Internet connectivity. This issue concerns user geolocated outside France. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

We identified the root cause and can confirm Italian and Swiss users are impacted at FRSBG01 datacenter. A fix is on its way. Updating FRDUN02 as healthy.
