    Earlier today, starting at approximately 14:20, we experienced partial service disruptions affecting Bpost, SEUR, BRT, DHL ES and Mondial Relay. This was due to an issue with one of our third-party service providers. A fix has now been successfully implemented, and all services are fully operational again. We are continuing to monitor the systems closely to ensure ongoing stability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

While all dashboards remain fully accessible and functional, automated exports are not being executed as expected. We have identified the root cause and are currently working on a solution.     The issue affecting some Analytics performance dashboards has been resolved. Incomplete data points in the new shipment storage caused failures importing new datasets into Analytics, which blocked the KPI calculation logic used for historical performance. We deployed a fix and completed the required recalculation jobs. All dashboards are available now, and historical performance data is fully up to date.
