Dear Customers, We are currently experiencing degraded performance in the availability of tracking updates within our Analytics tool (7S Portal). Carrier tracking events received during the periods 2026-06-02 10:00 and 2026-06-03 10:30 are not yet visible in Analytics. We have identified the root cause and are reprocessing the affected data. We expect all missing tracking events to be fully available in Analytics by 10:30 today. Please note that if you are consuming tracking data directly through our SQS or Tracking API you are not affected by this issue and continue to receive data as expected. We are currently experiencing issues with the label creation for the carrier Post Nord. The issue originates from the Post Nord API, which is currently unavailable. We reached out to the carrier and are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
We are in contact with PostNord, who have confirmed an issue with their API affecting all of their customers. Their team is actively working on a resolution with the highest priority. We will provide another update here as soon as more information becomes available.

Earlier today, starting at approximately 14:20, we experienced partial service disruptions affecting Bpost, SEUR, BRT, DHL ES and Mondial Relay. This was due to an issue with one of our third-party service providers. A fix has now been successfully implemented, and all services are fully operational again. The issue affecting some Analytics performance dashboards has been resolved. Incomplete data points in the new shipment storage caused failures importing new datasets into Analytics, which blocked the KPI calculation logic used for historical performance. We deployed a fix and completed the required recalculation jobs. All dashboards are available now, and historical performance data is fully up to date.

We have just received confirmation from Colissimo/La Poste that the issue has been resolved and their systems are stable again. On Wednesday, 10.12.2025 between 15:00 and 16:47 ability to GET shipment information via our API was not operational due to a faulty release. The system is fully operational again after we rolled back the changes.

We are currently experiencing issues with generating Royal Mail labels via the Seven Senders Label Service. Our team is actively investigating the matter to identify the root cause and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
