    Feb 24, 16:58 EST Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Feb 23, 16:42 EST Monitoring - We identified an issue with an internal networking component which caused the slowness. We mitigated the issue by scaling up additional infrastructure. Our metrics show that the latency has returned to normal levels. We continue to the monitor performance and will resolve this incident after 24 hours, once the performance is stable. Feb 23, 15:36 EST Identified - After initial improvements, we’re now seeing increased latency again in the app. Our team is investigating and implementing additional mitigation. We’ll provide another update within the next 3 hours, or sooner if the issue is resolved. Feb 23, 13:02 EST Monitoring - Our Engineers have deployed a fix to resolve the overall platform slowness.     Feb 24, 16:58 EST Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Feb 23, 16:34 EST Update - As a result of the maintenance, we observed platform slowness earlier in the day, which has been mitigated. We will leave this maintenance in verifying status for another 24 hours to rule out any other open issues. Feb 21, 19:51 EST Update - All known issues have been remediated. We will continue to monitor the platform for any issues. If you have any questions, please reach out to support via the support portal. We will resolve the event at the end of day Monday (Eastern) if no further issues are detected. Feb 21, 18:52 EST Update - The previous issues with Conversations and Application Logos have been remediated. There is an issue with real time gmail reply tracking, however hourly batch gmail reply tracking is functioning correctly. We are working to resolve this remaining item as quickly as possible. Feb 21, 14:19 EST Verifying - While the scheduled maintenance is finished, our engineering team is currently investigating two specific issues: Upcoming Tab: We are aware that some Conversations are not appearing in the "Upcoming" tab as expected. Application Logos: Newly created applications may not display their logo during the authorization process. We are working to resolve these remaining items as quickly as possible. During this maintenance window, the Salesloft platform, Salesloft Connect extensions (Chrome and Outlook), and Salesloft Mobile (iOS & Android) will be unavailable. Background processes, including email sending, engagement tracking, and CRM syncing, will be temporarily paused. Additionally, the support portal will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Users will need to log back in to the platform after the maintenance is completed.

Our Engineering team will be monitoring over the next 24 hours. Feb 6, 15:10 EST Investigating - We are currently performing unplanned maintenance on the Drift Email product. During this time, the Drift Email product will be unavailable, and as a result, Drift Email users may experience intermittent delays in email processing, routing, and dashboard updates. This does not impact any other Drift, Salesloft, or Clari products or services. Our engineering team is working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
