    We were able to identify an issue with the Upload of Billing Export files that was causing a delay in uploads. This issue has been resolved and all uploaded exports are processing in the order they were received. It is expected to take a few hours for all uploads to be completed. We will provide further updates as the previously uploaded files continue to process.

    Due to a software update from cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike, there is currently a shortage of servers on Microsoft's end, which has already resulted in outages worldwide across multiple industries (e.g., banks, airlines, healthcare, etc.) as is being reported on all of the major news networks. All Rethink platform are hosted on Microsoft, so there is a possibility of a slow-down across our systems. Several steps have been taken on our end to mitigate any potential issues.
