On September 27, 2025, from 8:47 AM to 9:30 AM CT, Cartegraph One Web (on-premise) was unavailable due to a domain issue. Customers who attempted to access this site during that time would have encountered a DNS error. During the same window, Cartegraph One Mobile App users may have seen an error message on the login screen. This error could be dismissed, allowing work to continue without further disruption. Service has now been fully restored. We have also implemented safeguards to prevent recurrence.
