On September 27, 2025, from 8:47 AM to 9:30 AM CT, Enterprise Asset Management Web and Mobile App ("New UI") users may have seen an error message on the login screen. This error could be dismissed, allowing work to continue without further disruption. However, if a customer was using an older bookmark to customername.cartegraph.app they would have encountered a DNS error preventing access.
