We are investigating intermittent payment authorization failures affecting terminals routing through Nets acquiring. *Impact:* Some payment authorization and cancellation attempts have been failing intermittently since approximately 06:08 UTC (08:08 CEST / 09:08 EEST). Failures occur in short bursts of 2–4 minutes, followed by recovery, with recurrence. The most recent failure episode was at approximately 07:21–07:25 UTC (09:21–09:25 CEST / 10:21–10:25 EEST). We are treating this as an ongoing incident. *Affected:* Terminals using Nets acquiring across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. *Status:* We are actively investigating the connectivity issue with our acquiring partner. Terminals experiencing failures may retry transactions once connectivity recovers. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Card payments on terminals in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland have been stable since approximately 08:51 UTC (10:51 CEST / 11:51 EEST). We are monitoring the situation closely. Earlier this morning, some card payments and cancellations failed intermittently across several short episodes between 06:08 and 08:50 UTC (08:08–10:50 CEST / 09:08–11:50 EEST). If a payment failed during that window, it was not charged. We recommend retrying any failed payments. We have identified the cause and are working with our network partner to confirm full resolution. We will post a further update once we have confirmed stability.

We have identified an issue affecting the settlement of American Express (Amex) card transactions processed through our Nets Finland acquirer on October 6th. A settlement file covering transactions from that day was rejected during processing. As a result, payouts for the affected transactions are delayed until the file has been corrected and resubmitted. We are experiencing a settlement file processing failure affecting Amex transactions for Nets Finland acquiring on June 27, 2026. As a result, settlements for that day's Amex transactions will be delayed until the settlement file has been successfully processed. Our teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and restore normal processing. No action is required from merchants at this time. We will provide an update as soon as processing has resumed. Please note that Amex transactions processed through Nets Denmark are not affected and have been processed according to the normal settlement schedule. This issue is limited to Amex transactions for Nets Finland acquiring on June 27, 2026, and does not affect any other card schemes. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by an issue affecting settlement processing for Npay terminals using Nets Finland acquiring. On June 3rd, a technical issue caused settlement processing to fail, preventing affected settlements from being submitted to the acquirer as scheduled. We corrected that error and submitted the settlements the following day. In correcting the previous error, however, we unfortunately overlooked a detail that then caused the settlement run for June 4th to fail. This has now been corrected, and the settlements have been submitted successfully, but unfortunately payouts for June 4th will be delayed. No action from merchants is required. The underlying issue that caused both problems was fixed earlier, so no further disruption is expected. We sincerely apologize for the disruption. We will be providing more information early next week.

The Nordic acquiring outage has been resolved. Card payments have been going through successfully since approximately 14:43 CEST / 15:43 EEST, and success rates are back to normal.
