   Our development team is currently investigating production to identify the issue. If you experiance an issue with your FPS getting stuck please reach out to the service desk and we will support you in resolving the issue for your pay run.

   A fix is currently undergoing testing and is on track for release tomorrow. We are assessing the risk associated with deploying during the pay run window and may proceed with the release to production after this period. If you experiance an issue with your FPS getting stuck please reach out to the service desk and we will support you in resolving the issue for your pay run.

   The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

   Multiple customers have been impacted by a new issue related to the original incident for "FPS is stuck in a 'building' state, resulting in FPS technical error after 1 hour". Payroll is not accessible for some of those customers. We have identified a fix, which will be tested and then released as soon as possible.
