This issue was resolved in a hotfix on 26 February 2026, and we have confirmed that HMRC downloads are now loading successfully. We will continue to monitor the situation closely over the coming weeks.

We are aware of an issue with HRMC downloads processing incorrectly, an example result of this is non-receipt of P6 download. We are developing a resolution and will provide an update by 3pm 20th February 2026.

A hotfix is now in QA testing, including enhanced diagnostics to support the ongoing investigation; however, tonight’s deployment is not expected to fully resolve the issue. Customers can manually load coding notices as a temporary workaround. We will provide another update later today with expected resolution timescales.
