We are fixing the background job responsible for the automatic updates and preparing a one-time correction to update the affected spaces. We expedited a system deployment to propagate the updated tax configuration and ran corrective processes to fix all reservations that had been created with the incorrect tax amounts. The issue was fully resolved and confirmed by affected properties within approximately one hour.
